In order to ensure that the ABs operate to a high standard of competence and probity and that they apply the standards in a consistent and equivalent manner, they shall meet the requirements of QES 9000 and shall be a member WCRDE Agency Membership, and a signatory to the QES 9000 (QMS/EMS) Multilateral Recognition Arrangement.

The following accreditation bodies recognise the Edcuation Quality System scheme QES 9000, owned by The Foundation QES 9000 in the India, as a Certification Scheme. They will offer accreditation services to interested certification bodies that want to demonstrate to meet the requirements of the QES 9000 scheme.
